You get it from Samson, not from Regina. But only if you did not finisch the last race and Samson didn't get shot in the face. (Choose "I wan't to win the race" during the dialoge after the third race)

I defend this game quite often because besides legitimate criticism there is also a lot of bullshit talking... but this "open letter" is... strange... CDPR should not be praised for its misconduct.

I finished the quest with Body 12, Reflexes 15 and Cool 16 on very hard. Take some of this proteins before the fight for almost infinite stamina.

Never gave a shit about the hype. Maybe that's why I was really impressed by the game. Yeah, I'm still having fun with it. Much more than with comparable games in recent years (Outer Worlds, Fallut 4 ...)

I also did that in Witcher 3 and a lot of other modern "RPGs" ;)
