Same problem. Signed on today, tackled a dragon who should not have been able to damage me and surprise, my legendary superior wolven armor has almost no armor on it and requires level 9. (I am level 55 in NG+ mode) Decided to reload DLCs, signed back on, wolven armor now is level 1. Please fix...
