Most likely means they accepted there would be a Witcher 3 even before they finished the Witcher 2, or they just didn't want someone else taking the domain name for it.

Not too big of a problem IMO, you get used to it if you play with a mouse + keyboard, since WSAD are your only real options.

I'm pretty new to the series, heard about the witcher 2 a while before it was released. Really ignored it until a while after it was released, I bought both the first witcher and the second one, and loved it :)

The EE was released, and still no option to play custom levels. I don't see it happening, but I'm with you, I wish they would.
