A lack of ways to change how you look in game really just shatters my immersion. No visual implants/augmentation, no face changer, not even a barber shop. Even if it was just a visit back to the character creation screen.

I see potential in this game, and I hear it's coming to consoles which would be massively nice! I'd like to see some of the following: The option to play as a woman. Lots of clothes so one can look good while playing as a guy or woman. Hairstyles, and attention to hair would be appreciated...
