    New combat controls

Everyone should listen to this guy because he know what's up, and also let Geralt cancel dodge/cancel attack animations.

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

Yeah you're right but in that case it would be better if we have more control over that leap animation, for example let's say that to do leap animation you have to hold down the light attack button and the direction you want the leap attack to happen, because as it stands now he game will...

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

No, just Absolutely No. When you have a game with a fighting system as fast as the Witcher 3 you should absolutely have dodge/animation canceling, it's essential because as it stands now the combat in witcher 3 just simply isn't as responsive as other 3d person action games and it shows, and it...

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

I'm asking for the ability to immediately dodge no matter in what attack animation I'm stuck in, and you know what yeah it would look retarded but at least it would make the combat way more RESPONSIVE and FUN, besides you have no control of that animation anyway he randomly decides to do it if...

    TW3 General Feedback [SPOILERS]

Please let us cancel attack animations like in the 35 minuter demo, I understand it can make the game much easier, but it will also be way more fun. Or at least just give us modding tools to do it ourselves.

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

THANK YOU!!!!! I swear to God I was going crazy there for a second, all these people telling me you can cancel out of animations and I sit there trying to pull it of for a straight 25 minutes, but couldn't pull it off. Yeah I completely agree with you, it would make the combat way more fun, But...

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

Well then I don't know what to say I just tried it again but Geralt always finish his attack and then immediately dodge, after the attack animation, but I could never cancel out of an attack animation. Guess it must be a bug or a glitch, or am I simply just doing it wrong? When hes in the middle...

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

For real? then my game must be bugged because I simply cannot cancel an attack animations no matter how hard I try. Maybe because I'm playing on a controller?

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations.

Let Geralt cancel out of attack animations. Hello all, I would like to request a mod that lets you cancel out of any attack animations with a dodge. The combat in Witcher 3 is so far really good, better than I expected but one thing that keeps bugging me is that he dodges feels very sluggish...

Open letter to Cd projekt red

I agree, if they do this we can finally put this whole mess behind us. Please CDPR, just a little bit of that sweet ultra footage.

    The Witcher 3 - Visuals

I will usually defend CDPR to the death because they are one of the few game devs worth defending, and if the game doesn't look like the original trailers I wouldn't mind too much. But I agree with you, I also followed this game from day 1, read every article, watched every trailer and listened...

    The Witcher 3 - Visuals

One thing I noticed is that from all the footage we've seen, is that everything looks like it's still has the same assets. Go watch the old trailers and really look closely to the grass and foliage. It looks very similar to the ones in the current build, but much much higher resolution and...

Developer Spotlight #2 - Damien Monnier

Well that was a really good read. Absolutely love Damien's attitude and answers and also nice to know that they really did focus on making the combat really good this time around. May 19 you better hurry the fuck up. Can't wait.
