Reinstall the latest nvidia drivers when you get this crash, that helped me. Maybe try playing at a lower resolution if it continues to happen after that.

I was getting strange crashing loops, I had to reinstall the newest Nvidia drivers every time it happened. Maybe try that. ( This was apart from the AVX crash/fix)

Dude, just edit the exe file so you can play without doing janky save swaps and crashing all the time lol

This doesn't affect your steam played time at all. The launcher in steam is simply the Launcher for the game, which directs to the Cyberpunk.exe file once you hit PLAY on it. It is totally unaffected as long as you replace (and rename) the Cyberpunk.exe file with the edited version.

You don't need the Nexus AVX fix, you can EASILY edit the file yourself to do the fix as I mention in my post just above yours. It takes just a few minutes and you'll be able to play again.

It was a bit tough for me too, had to mess around with the search function in the program I was using. Perhaps someone can recommend a good Hexademical editor and some simple step by step directions.

Some people are just posting about random crashes. Those people may just need to update drivers. So far from what I have seen all people that are crashing at the specific spots: Corpo - sitting in chair, Street kid - leaving bar, Nomad - reaching NC , all have the X58 chipset

It looks like the people who are having these crashes at the specific tutorial spots, it sounds like all have X58/ LGA 1366 Chipsets. I hope support sees this and works on a fix quickly. The game runs great other than whatever is causing this crash.
