The Witcher 2:Insane difficulty in Xbox 360 version? Hi just bought witcher 2 enhanced edition for xbox 360 wanted to start my game on insane difficulty but i only have easy, normal, hard and dark difficulties for some reason can someone please help me were can i find insane?
