Same problem with steam version (Patch 1.03)

The horse walking stutter was the first thing, i had recognized when i started the game. I don't understand how this bug made it in the final release. I hope this is not getting the next Far Cry 4 for me.... Come on RED, give us some kind of reaction.

This problem is really annoying, i don't want to go any further in the game until this problem has been fixed.

I have exactly the same stuttering, Its only on horseback at walking speed. Xeon1231V3 + GTX970
