I'll give the mod a try. I agree with the OP, this has been a bit on an issue ever since TW2 was released.

Getting some crashes to desktop in Flotsam when changing areas (usually leaving the Inn). I have the 3Gb switch enabled so its not that, but I tried the old TW1 IFO trick which seems to resolve it. Can't alt tab out of game to desktop, have to ctrl-alt-del and start Task Manager to get to desktop

On a practical note: Be able to change keybindings ingame Have alternate (ie more than one per function) keys in keybindings
