Are you experiancing slightly lower FPS with pre rendered frames set to 1?

INTEL I7 4790K 16GB RAM ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO GTX 980TI 6GB VRAM STRIX i run the game on 1920X1200 res and get above 60 FPS everywhere on highest settings w/o hairworks. about 60-90 FPS if i don't limit fps... (i have to untill i get normal monitor)

left us here all alone with unplayable game while celabrating their holiday. the bugs just keep pile up, patches only casue more bugs. it's a never ending cycle.

also, it still dosen't fix any major bug. only the mutagen bug and only one aspect of the bug.

lol it happend to me too... i came there fought the gargoyles and had low hp so i meditated, afterwards i was ready to rain hell on him and.... he was nowhere in sight. i was like.... O.K. . . it's a bug for sure, just at the time i was there i didn't give it much thought.
