The fix worked for me. I kept playing for 20 hours having Second Conflict at the point when you have to enter the Totentanz. After installing the update, went to the Totentanz, and Dum Dum was there... While it's sad it isn't working for everyone, I think at least we should thank the developers...

I really expect all these posts about solving the problem with this workaround don't make them think this isn't still a priority...

Well fuck, I can't use this workaround... I kept playing for like 5 hours on a save with Second Conflict already started (before entering the building).

Playing on XSX and I have the same problem. The most scary thing is having the sensation that there won't be a fix until January. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see them making a hotfix only for this right now, and they already said they won't be releasing any patch until January.
