I had the same issue. If you have the game on steam try to "Verify Integrity of Game Files". I did that and Steam downloaded 1 file and now it's working.

Ok, I had to validate the integrity of the game and it downloaded a "missing" or "corrupt" file. Now it's working and the graphic is fine.
