I've changed nothing. Not even installed the patch as my game, though it has a few quirks, it has no game/quest breaking glitches I've encountered yet (annoying, bizarre, downright funny - yes). I haven't even installed any patches (I'm on v1.03) until I hear all of the complaints about fixes...
