I have 15 hrs on this and at Level 13, finished all side quests and NCPD available on Watson but now I cant do anything at all because I'm having the same issue as everyone here. I cant find Jackie even outside All Foods. This thing really needs to be fixed or at least RESET. No way we wanna...
