No don't fight the Kikimore queen, just run into the kikimore workers, and makesure you have kikimore workers behind you so the kikimore queen can't get to you. Then fight your way into the cave with ceiling/support, use Aard on the pillars and cause the ceiling to collapse on the kikimore queen...
