I am having the same issue, on Xbox Series X, The Brazilian portuguese NPC audio dialogs does not work. It is presented only the texts/caption but no audio at all, the NPC does not even move his lips, very weird. Is there a ETA on when this is going to get fixed? I don't want to play in English.
