Auzentech Prelude 7.1 User and after applying this, my EAX was enabled and the scratching noise was gone. I am able to enjoy finishing this game again. Many Thanks! :peace:

Tried the suggestions posted here but I'm still either 1. Getting the scratchy and static sound (when EAX is disabled)2. Getting no sounds at all (when EAX is enabled)

I have exactly the same problem LOCHMANN and I hope this issue gets addressed. The only workaround I did was to hook up my speakers to the onboard audio of my DFI UT-P35 which is not that shabby but I would really prefer hooking them up to my Auzentech Prelude is not for those damn irritating...
