You probably unknowingly equipped johnny's arm hologram, it can't be unequipped by just clicking on it for some reason. Go to your backpack then select category "All items" (icon with boxes), scroll down until you see item with an icon represeting johnny's arm, it's labeled as "common misc"...

It's not bugged from the beginning, my first attempt at this mission was around 100th hour of playtime and it was bugged. Then I checked what was the earliest save where it worked and it did after loading save file from around 25th hour of playtime.

Side job is called "Gig:Getting warmer" and there is plenty of people including me for whom it's bugged, Wakako is supposed to call you when you near the mission area to start it but she doesn't. On my 100 hour of playtime I wanted to do it, but like I mentioned above it's bugged for me...

No, you get it in the middle of the mission during one of the dialogs, its equiped automatically and in your inventory during mission, same as other clothes you find.

It's weird, you can keep Legendary Aldecado Jacket you get during that mission but other items not.

I got Legendary Aldecado Jacket from that mission, so it's not only cyberware.

Problem przedstawiony w temacie dotyczy 3 legendarnych części ubioru, które zbiera się z szafki stojącej obok czołgu Basilisk przy końcu ostatniej misji gdy wybierzemy drogę skorzystania z pomocy Panam.

The problem is with 3 piecies of legendary clothing you get from a locker next to Basilisk, right before the end of last mission when you choose to do ending with Panam's help.

The problem here is with 3 legendary clothing items you collect from a locker next to Basilisk , they are not transfering to free roam end game.
