I have a pentium 4 3.06ghz, 2gb ddr ram, ati hd 2400 256md video card, windows xp mce, and i run the game on medium details and works great. iim not sure its soley the cpu being the issue,

i actually had the same problem and i was using the ati x200 express, with shared memory, i upgraded to a different card and voila fixed the prblem, now geral and triss do not have spikes comming out of them, i think the posters who mentioned the problemhad ot right on, get a new card and itll...
