Still cant open the chest....... PC 1.11 NG+

I avoided the Tor'Hearne diagram in my NG+ playthrough. This time i can get the quest active, but after i kill the chort and loot the diagram. Nothing happend. The objective didnt update, which mean i cant complete the quest. on PC 1.10 NG+

Confirmed. Start on NG+ and levelup to 35, but the "Munchkin" still locked.

some exploration issue there is a chest underwater relate to the sidequest: The price of honor but when i get the key i still cant open that chest. how can i reach this location? i loot everything in this camp but it still appear white not gray
