Well, it'd sure be great if the dialogue choices I picked actually lined up with what my character says, for one. It'd also be nice if I wasn't forced to make decisions that are clearly stupid or ill-advised just for the sake of story. I'd also like to FIRMLY DECLINE missions if I feel they are morally, financially, or technically bad fits for my version of V, without being punished for it. I do not like being forced to do stuff that is against my character. I think the "epic, legendary," etc. loot system is stupid, and an awful fit for Cyberpunk.
Similarly, levelled loot is a big no-no for me. Bothered me in Witcher 3, it'll bother me here if it exists. Though I think I read that it wasn't a thing this time around. So good news, maybe?
Binary characters. People are complex and capable of forgiveness. If you do something to slight someone and sincerely come to them later, hat in hand, I think you should be able to move past your differences. In video games, all too often one wrong choice means you've made an enemy (or enemies) for life, or you've locked yourself out of a potential romance option.
Obviously, the above ^ should be dependent on how serious the decision you've made is. Murdering someone's lover is good reason for them to hate you. Swiping their car keys because you're being chased by a vicious gang of bloodthirsty killers, not so much. Declining to do their special mission right away because you're trying to save the world, also a bad reason for permanent hatred.
