Multiplayer? Or Extra DLC/Expansions

Hey, just a quick question I have, I'm wondering if people on here would rather sacrifice multiplayer and get more than 2 expansions and the avg amount of DLC? Or if they would rather we get just as much DLC as we did from the witcher and in a few years time see Cyberpunk multiplayer?

Personally I would rather see more single player expansions, but I want to hear all your thoughts too.
I literally don't want or need multi-player until cdpr has added content that was showcased and promised to us in trailers and in the demo gameplay.
Most of the game breaking bugs still need to be addressed (i can't even complete a certain gig because it won't let me pick up my reward from a drop point or grab legendary items that are trapped in things that won't open).
There's literally no point in starting a new life path because shocker: the life paths only matter in the first 40min of the game and we only have the illusion of choice, almost none of it matters.
I don't care whose toes I gotta suck but I will suck some toes for the third person cutscenes that we were robbed of.

Single player for me, I deal with toxic people all day on the phone and the last thing I want to do when I get home to unwind is deal with toxic players online. I play 3 mmo's off and on Gta 5 online, Fallout 76 and wow, wow is not that bad dealing with griefers the world is so big you can just quest elsewhere if somebody is griefing solo players or noobies. Gta 5 online is very toxic next to impossible to enjoy the cars, boats etc without getting blown up and Fallout 76 is kinda bad as well with toxic people. I love playing single players mostly Skyrim, fallout 4 and new vegas and now CP 2077. I am really enjoying CP so far even with occasional bugs and trust CDPR with eventually work out it all out.

Multiplayer? Not interested. What, so I can witness a bunch of randos hopping around like jacka$%es and ruining my immersion? Pass. Single player is where it's at. More DLC!

No multiplayer. This game needs a LOT more love for the single player and fixing of the current base game. In all honesty, if there is multiplayer, I want it cross platform and the ability to play alongside my friends instead of against. Maybe something similar to Ghosts of Tsushima?

As many of the comments suggest, I too would love to see more single player content added to CB77.

With that being said I put my vote into multiplayer simply because I am curious as to what a multiplayer experience would look like in Night City (and beyond?).

If I could have it all I would pick both - I would love to see a solid expansion or two in addition to polish to the current base game and then 2 or 3 years from now a multiplayer world to keep things going long run.

Expansions/DLC - and its not even close.

Game additions, improvements, fixes, playble arcade games and Pool tables, more weapons, more clothing...more of everything.

...and an expansion taking us to the Crystal Palace would be aces🤘!

I want to see the Orbital Air Station utilized in-game; with a playable, lengthy shuttle boarding sequence leading to an interactive, atmospheric trip to the Crystal Palace - then plenty of content once we arrive there🙏👍 :)

More single player expansions always!!!! Multiplayer instead of that would kinda cripple the game's full potential, and I truly believe that with some more polish and lots of new content this game would be one of the greatest experiences ever created!... Also, story felt kinda short and left many questions in the air, so that's a great opportunity to expand the game imo... Oh, and note that I'm loving the game so far! I've already put about 200 hours in it! :)

More SP all day but if we have to have a MP...

Let's be honest.

The chances "Cyberpunk 2077 taking the title from GTO" Is crazy low. Plus why would I want another GTO or RDO just for a cyberpunk theme...? Even with two teams one working on SP another working on MP, you can bet you A$$ they will start moving more and more on to the MP the more money it makes.

CDPR strengths are in story telling. Cyberpunk 2077 vs GTA5 proves this more than anything. We don't need open world PVP in Cyberpunk 2077. The modders, cheaters and griefers are a cancer on what MP was suppose to be. (Playing games with friends)

So instead of trying to take the top spot in an already crowded market... Bring something new and fresh. Do an open world Co-op game. Make Night City the GM and have real Stories made for groups to run. Heists for say a group of 4-5 to do with branching narratives the whole works. All PVP does it nerf PVE the balancing act you have to do. Just to make PVP fair will effect PVE unless you make a whole new skill set for PVP, and at that rate you mind as well just make a whole new game just for PVP.

Bottom line If I have to have MP make it PVE only. (At the very least dedicated servers or instanced PVP)
There is already a crowded market for PVP. (GTO, RDO, Fortnite, the list is huge)
Cash in on the PVE market and do what you are known for. STORY STORY and more STORY!

Multiplayer can be great fun if its done right. ME3 had a horde mode that was incredibly popular. You & 3 friends v npc enemies.

If CDPR can make a mode that is as popular as GTA & get the cash rolling in, imagine all the EXTRA single player content we could get for 2077.

Singleplayer needs right now more attention, additional content, new stories in this magnificent world, more features. to allow us to feel more Cyberpunk.

Multiplayer without well builded singleplayer base will probably at start be garbage.

Voted Multiplayer, however I prefer not a normal multiplayer game, rather being able to play with friends so say a co-op version of CB2077

First fix the current issues in singleplayer, the bugs and the parts that simply feel rushed and unfinished (good example the cops system really needs a major rework).
The game is incredibly good and part of the immersion is ruined by these flaws.

Then a DLC please, more endings and if possible time after these endings (a way to save V maybe)?

Then co-op, while multiplayer might be nice, I don't really care for an open world multiplayer version, but I would like to play this with my friends.
Maybe a different world (could be after the normal story ends) and just random missions with a few really difficult main goals which take time and co-operation :p to actually pull off.

This would be my suggestion for the future development of the game
1. 1st DLC Add missing features as under
a. Vehicle Customization
b. Crafting System Overhaul
c. Add multiple homes and allow PC to sleep at these homes such as Judy Alvarez's home
d. Other missing/needed features/Quality of Life improvements
2. 2nd DLC Story Driven Expansion: Either expand on end game or add something before that
3. 3rd DLC Cosmetic/Upgrades and/or new equipment
4 4th DLC 2nd Story Driven Expansion

Ofc if they made something after this it would be up to them. and OFC we need the single player content first.

Personally, I want to see several big single-player expansions, adding a lot of the cut content. Things like Jacky missions in the montage. The space station, and the moon. More extended main quest line, it seems like the game is missing some big chapters in the middle and were cut please bring those back. The ability to buy property, customize vehicles garage, transmogrification feature for customization, like in the Assassins Creed games. Working trains, and metro stations. Working cab system. Working Police and Trauma Team, Flying Cars. A meaningful decision in the story. Extended life paths. More romance options for example you have Panam as nomad but why not a street kid option and even Corpo. More Joy toys. Overall most of the things promised early and additional content. I will want to see more of the map extended maybe the casino showed in the concept of art. And definitely please bring back the space content. For online, I don't care. I want the witcher 3 route. CDPR is a single-player developer and will be better to focus on that and extend and elevate Cyberpunk 2077 to be the best game they promised. Personally, I support you guys from day one. I have every witcher game, every collector edition, and special editions you released. But if you go to the online route you lost me as a fan, as you said leave the greed to others, you have a loyal fanbase that will support you it's your turn :)

The priority right now is the game we currently have. Ill do the multiplayer thing when and if it happens.

However, it has to be done correctly.....especially security wise. We dont need another FO76 or any other game that allows hacks, cheats, or dupes to squander the entire server. If done correctly....cp2077 can be an outstanding experience for everyone.

If multiplayer is ever released and isnt done correctly....ill drop it like a hammer. I wont go through that again.

Simply said: If this game gets a single player extention, I'm gonna buy it. No matter whats in there, no matter the cost. CP is a great game already, and I've been a fan of singleplayer, open world rpgs since Morrowind. If there's more content to have, I take it. The more, the better.

Multiplayer? I wont touch it with a ten feet pole, not even if cdpr would offer to pay me for it.
The last thing I want to do in my spare time, is get annoyed by 10 year old griefers and hackers. Thank you, but no thank you.
