What mods are you using, I dont remember any of those options in the character creator?
Still on my first play through, Corpo background. Focused on hacks, pistols, smgs, and sometimes blades.
I dont always have the best armor stats, but it doesnt matter as long as I look preem.

They look great in the screenshots. How does the game run with them, is it smooth (as far as CP goes)? I know some mods dont run well and are there to look really nice and good mostly for taking screenshots.
Did you use a screenshot mod as well, some of the poses dont look like they're from the vanilla game?
Clothing/appearance mods dont affect the performance at all.
Appearance Mod Menu is a mod that lets you swap your character with NPCs, some npcs have some really nice poses so you can take advantage of this (although depeding on the area it can affect your FPS since the mod is gonna replace all npcs around you that look the same as the one npc you swapped with.
Also use ReShade, IGCS for camera movement, TPP mod for third person for certain shots.

An update to my FemV and MaleV, adding to the continuation of their stories. Honestly, this game is the culmination of a desire that originated back in the late 90's when I was playing 2020. I love this game so much.
