I really don't get why people dislike that decision. Just make a female character.

Only lifepath-related items I've seen in the apartment are the clothes your character wears during the prologue (in the stash).

If you use a dialogue option different from "I'm going to kill you" (or whatever it was) Maiko angrily tells you to leave. If you do that Judy will thank you and give you a kiss.

That'd be a nice twist. She's gaslighting you and she took from the Internet those photos she sent you from Seattle.

Even funnier is the fact that she says "I'm driving right now."

I don't think you need to romance her, since I got it as Male V after finishing her quests.
