Mate, there are literal holes in the game world, entire walls missing. There are prefabs missing and typos everywhere (Devilery instead of delivery). They haven't fixed those simple things, stuff you can fix in one hour worktime, because they don't care. What makes you think they will do what...

Nothing because CDPR had no intention of improving this game. They are "proud" of the state it's in, that tells your everything. They probably won't even fix the typos, missing prefabs, missing walls, bugged perks with the next patch. Because they don't care.

This actually sounds like a memory corruption problem on your side. Have you tried memtest to test your RAM for errors, and similar tools for your HDD/SSD?

No they won't. The reason I think that is because in every official statement so far they only ever addressed "bugs and performance".
