I have the same issue. Choosed the ending as Johnny and Rogue and got crashes all the time as soon as i arrive in the jungle. I have re-installed the game (clean), updated the Nvidia drivers, removed all mods, nothing helps. Now i've loaded my save to choose the Panam-Ending and i got a crash...
