A problem I've noticed with this new economy system you mentioned is that you could make lots of money by selling the huge ammount of weapons and other items that the game spanws all around the map in "hidden"...

I had the same problem. Had to exit from game by ctrl+supr and then tried again the mission. That second time worked well for me :P
