I just made a female V to romance Judy, sinse her quests were my favorites and it felt much more satisfying that my male V playthrough romancing Kerry. And it really makes me sad because it shows that CDPR knows how to write good romances, they just didn't bother with Kerry and River.

That "quality" does not apply to the male romance options, unfortunately. To me, Panam friendship felt more satisfying than the Kerry romance arc.
