Triss only come back when you choose "I love you" option Before there is a bug that make her come back even if you choose "Let's try again", well not anymore

remove the mod that relate to console command then try again (not the console command itself). For example Enhanced Console command mod, Extended console command for item mod, Spawn companion console command mod etc In my case i remove the Extended console command for item and the mod work fine
