I buy collectibles, usually with steelbooks and I bought the collector's edition and they typically sell out pretty fast (not in this case though) that's mostly why I preordered it. Although I usually preorder most of my movie and games so I'm accustomed to it.

I preordered 6-months before release for the PS5 and I don't regret my decision either. Aside from the occasional crash it's worked fine for me as I've played a little less than 800 hours worth. I'd say I got my money's worth, lol.
