What is the point of playing non-lethal?

Given alpha state of this bug infested game, I sincerely believe you. :)

What is the point of playing non-lethal?

That's not true. I did the mission twice (2 play-throughs) non-lethal. First, it was strictly sneak, grab, and knockout. Second time, it was using poison and overheat. The guard in front, you just have to climb the crates to sneak behind him--that's all.

What to do after everything is completed?

But it's on you and you alone if you choose to utilize these said "exploits," hence why they are NOT exploits--just options. If you have no self-control, you have no right to blame CDPR for that. They have nothing to do with your lack of impulse control. It's no different than armor. I...

What to do after everything is completed?

    O.M.G. Seriously?

[Ending spoilers] Your thoughts on V.

I'd vote for replacing V simply because I didn't like the voice actor at all, and a new character means a new voice actor. Don't get me wrong. Gavin Drea did a superb job of voice acting. This is strictly subjective, mind you, but his voice just didn't seem to fit the part. But, when I...

What to do after everything is completed?

And whose choice was it to shoot them through the walls? Or even use Ping for that matter?

Why shower in our clothes or underwear??

Show me one washer or dryer in all of NC. How else are they going to wash their smelly, bloody clothes?

Entering vic clinic for 1st time while having money makes you pay TWICE

Your video proof makes this unnecessary, I know, but I can confirm.

Is athletics leveling progression working as intended?

Oh, come now. After finishing the game, I'm Athletics Level 4, and the character screen shows that I need 2,048 XP to go from 4 to 5. Breach, I'm Level 12 and need 14,176 XP to get to 13. I don't feel like determining the exponential curve to level a stat from 0 to 20, so let's just say, on...

What is the point of playing non-lethal?

Adding a cyberware mod to the game which makes your .50 cal bullet through their skull magically non-lethal is not merely about "options." It's obvious a karma system was envisioned by the devs, and we are just trying to figure out if they cut all of it or just most of it.

Bike stuck under train tracks, can't get off

Yeah, I've gotten stuck in the environment, too. Assuming you can, i.e., are not in combat, saving and reloading fixes the problem (obviously).

What is the point of playing non-lethal?

Wondered the same thing and posted the same question a few days ago. General consensus is that it's there just for RP purposes. Game itself doesn't care how you finish a mission--just that you finish it. :disapprove: Very disappointing. Just FYI, it's not limited to just smart guns...

    Auto crafting plezzz

Not to mention the oh so annoying "hold button for five seconds" console game mechanic they've been using in PC games for the past five years. Just let me click the button, damnit, at least if I'm playing with a M&K.

How's double jump even supposed to work?

So which gets you higher? Double jump mod or power jump mod? If it's the same, maybe the power jump one was their (CDPR's) solution for the "game physics should mimic real-life physics" purists. :)

    Takemura (Minor Spoilers)

You guys above claiming it's explained in-game are simply creating your own narratives. Never once does V proclaim his innocence to Takemura, nor even tell him what really happened, when first they meet. The near first dialogue sequence is the other way around with Takemura telling V that he...

    Takemura (Minor Spoilers)

I missed something, I guess. Why is Takemura my "friend" (not literally, but so to speak) and how does he magically know that V witnessed the Emperor's murder when everyone else thinks he committed the murder? I mean, I suppose I can presume he tracked down Dex who set the record straight, but...

    Kill vs. Incapacitate: Consequences?

The thing that bugs me the most are the NCPD jobs. In the context of getting recognition for doing good, I always make sure the person being assaulted (as usually is the case) comes out alive and unscathed, but instead of thanking me for helping them, they just hunker down cowering. And to...

How do I check enemy's level?

The stars when scanning are technically labeled "Bounty Class," but I think it's safe to presume the bounty class is directly proportional to the enemy level. So far, I can always 1-shot 1 star enemies, and 5 star enemies can 1-shot me. :)

How do I check enemy's level?

Before you get there, the description on the map icon will tell you the enemy level: very low, low, ..., high, very high. If you are already there, scanning an enemy will show a star rating: 1 star = very low level and 5 star = very high.
