I read that in general, the harder modes only make the game noticeable harder at the start and don't make the game challenging for high-level characters. Is that not so? Would using Very Hard difficulty make sure that my high level characters have things to do apart from the main quest?

I'm glad that they didn't include the Humanity mechanic. Cyberpsychosis is a great idea, but I think that the effect of cybernetics should depend on the individual's psychology. It's something to be roleplayed as a means to explore character, not something to impose mechanically.

I'm not sure that the point is to keep improving, but continuing to improve does drive me in RPGs. Once I can no longer improve, I tend to lose interest.

I don't know how to choose the best arm cyberware for my character. I assume that different arm cyberware suits different builds of V, but I don't know what arm cyberware goes with what sort of build. Are there attributes, skills or perks that go better with one sort of arm cyberware than another?
