it was the cyber engine tweaks mod. but the biggest performance growth is on amd. and i know if 1.05 is available on steam the mod wont work anymore and they didnt fixed it correctly.

with the SMT enhance mod from nexusgaming i played on 1080p, high - utlra with 60-70 fps. worked like a charm. i hope you dont fuck it up. (GTX1070, 16GB Ram, Ryzen 5 2600x)
