I bought the digital version and Nintendo EU don't return my money... even to buy on the correct eShop... really.. a "nightmare".

And if you bought on another eShop, even if the game said that is complete edition, we are not able to download language packs... just as almost, any another game on Switch.

Really... it's really annoying... where is the complete edition? For God sake!

even though... a complete edition, need to be complete, right? I bought it thinking about the completeness of the game... not even take care about the "region"... because... Nintendo Switch is Region Free...

I will say more than that... we are also players from PS4, PC and XBOX (I have The Witcher 3 on PS4 and PC too), but loved the idea to play it on the go...
