Imo it's the Quadra Turbo V-Tech by far, seems to handle better thatn the Calliburn for example, at least for me, since when I loose track with the calliburn, there is almost no way to catch it again. The V-Tech tends to loose track easier, but can also be catched. And for bike, well Kusanagi...

There is also a way, using a Katana to get up the Tower to get the Katana and Kongou.

I love driving in this game, especially since I feel like a lot of cars do behave quite differently and since the game simultaneously supports controller and keyboard input. And because of that, I can use my Tartarus pro to have analog control while driving, which makes it even more fun :) Also...

I have the game on PC and PS4 and on my PC it is running smoother than expected(full settings, 1080p without RT on a 1080 and an 8700K4, so older hardware) and on PS4 it is still running perfectly fine imo. But nonetheless, I feel like people are overlooking the many small details in this game...

Tbh imo it's Judy or Panam. Judys quests were kinda strange, since she is not fully rational always, but who is and she has ideals. I have to agree with Queen_Skadi, Panam's scene was kinda strange.I also thought River would be an asshole, but he really grew on me.
