One of the main reasons I suggest everybody to wait out the release. CP77 itself had rather inconsistent performance on different PCs, that might be the main reason to raise the hardware requirements in the upcoming expansion, however I don’t trust them enough to settle on their performance...

Something Saints Row-ish. If there's a studio that would do well with this style, it's probably CDPR. Something Manifest-ish (tv show) would be nice. The Blacklist (tv show) as a game would be godlike.

Sure thing I do. But I also remember what happened last time the entire studio was working exclusively on a single project.

I doubt. I even doubt the expansion releasing in a playable state in 2023. With the amount on recently announced new projects I think CDPR will run into several management issues that will all likely end up in delays.
