This is the best explanation of FF:06:B5 that I've been able to come up with: it's a 24-bit clock representation of the time of day that the Arasaka nuke detonated. See explanation thread on reddit here. It would be nice to get confirmation from the devs though if this is correct! -

Why not add some mods to the game officially?
I don't get why game devs don't just make their whole game open source after release, and let the community make PRs into the main branch so that updates to the game can contain community-contributed content and fixes. It seems like it would save the devs a ton of time and effort and money.- vitamin

Video, audio, music, software engineering, science, academic, etc. Clearly no one is buying a Mac just for gaming, but if you have one, it's nice to be able to run some good games, and mouse-based FPS shooters came out on Mac long before PC. Sure but why doesn't V give him a MaxDoc? At least try it? Anyway you could be right but, I just don't think we can assume removal of the Relic was ever safe. Maybe it was, who knows. I agree Dex is an idiot though. -

Why not add some mods to the game officially?
I mean, they kinda did add some mods in 2.2. I suspect that CDPR realized supporting the game for awhile yet could be financially viable so we'll probably get some things like this going forwards. What I'd really like to see is a way to make our own quests and NPCs that others can run through.- vitamin

We don't know if Relic was safe to remove from V before Dex shot them. Actually if you think about it, Jackie died within seconds of removing the Relic—for all we know, he died from that and not from his injuries. Also why doesn't V give Jackie a puff off their MaxDoc? Never understood this, -

100% they should add this, especially if it says what exact time the bomb went off, because clearly it could not have been after 12:10 AM like Johnny's HUD says during the flashback, as that would mean the detonation happened on Aug. 21 not Aug. 20, which we know is false. This would force... -
