    Side activities respawn ?

    So its not infinite police acitivities, the only "infinites" activities are only located in a tiny area leaving the rest of the map entierly dead. all the progress / Reported Crime / suspected organized Crime etc... should are the very min respawn, or have procedural ones to use that...

    that patch provide some performance downgrade, that's pretty MEH. prior to 1.2 my framerate was kinda stable, now there is a lot of framedrop. yet from the very quick test, it kinda feel overall a bit smoother.
