I had to chase them up and when they finally replied they asked me if i was sure, which further delayed it. Nightmare!

I attempted transfer from PS4, did everything they asked, new gog account with no progress and have just received an email saying transfer hasn’t been possible-no explanation. Have submitted a form so hopefully i’ll get their in the end-gutted!

I have created a new GOG account and requested the transfer of my PS4 gwent account. Does anyone know if I have to download gwent first or just leave the new gog account blank. I'm not wanting to risk accidentally launching the game as I think it counts as progress and it won't transfer over?
