The lack of an option to reset marker labels makes the map useless for subsequent playthroughs.

I have the same problem. I wanted to use the map for a fresh playthrough and was really impressed with its new look. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any option to reset the discovered markers, so the map has become useless.
