    Level scaling not so bad?

Did you even read the post? You can't defet everything at level 2... because it has no enemy scaling like OP is demanding.... I am defending this system over other systems with enemy scaling

Two Playthroughs, 230 hours later, The PWSD is real.

Sorry, but while I love witcher 3, you can't compare the RPG elements of it's gameplay with many other games. The world, the stories and the characters are amazing. But the character progression and combat gameplay is very dull. You put a few pints here and there, changing mostly a few...

    After Game Disappointment

Hope you are talking about Witcher. Saying there isn't anything left to do in skyrim after the main quest would sound so stupid.

    Level scaling not so bad?

You got it wrong. dynamic leveling is BAD because you can defeat anything at level 2. Not because you don't feel powerful. Get level scaling out of rpgs please.

    Why don't enemies run away?

May be fun 1 or 2 times. But on the long run, chasing after a fleeing enemy every fight is not fun.

For those who think the game is too easy on the harder difficulties

The combat is totally optimized for a controller. I play on PC with controller and I love keyboard+mouse in games that are suited for them. In witcher3, controller is much better.

every quest leads you by the nose , point A to point B

Answer: not everybody likes puzzle games. Some riddles are fine, and there are a few. But I prefer spending time figthing enemies than looking for them ---------- Updated at 08:48 AM ---------- I think it's not that easy. There are not enough directions or clues ingame. So, an option to...

Witcher 3 actually isn't open world or am i doing it wrong?

I don't see which of those points make the game not openworld? -story driven: so what? still open world. There are stories everywhere and you can do them in any order. -zones by level: this is amazing. Open world is not the same as beeing able to defeat anything at any level. That sucks...

Is it officially stated anywhere that Grey quests aren't suppose to give EXP? Also, what IS the no-EXP bug? (NO SPOILERS PLEASE)

The game already has too much xp for the level of the enemies. I mean, if you do half the stuff, you will outlevel everything. Why do you care if quest stop giving xp. And I say this while beeing a progression fanatic in all games. I love rewards, but really, I'm doing half the sidequests and...

    Alchemy System is a mess...

I like the new system of only crafting each potion once. But I would reduce the abundance of plants by 10, or more. 1. Because we don't need to recollect so many when we only have to craft the potion once 2. Because I agree it's too easy now, lets make managing the ingredients harder, since we...

Gameplay exactly the same a level 1 vs. level 70

I am with both sides on this one. 1. I also miss more progression. I'd like more skils, more variety in the character/combat aspect. I would really like the game more if this was possible. 2. But, I understand this isn't that type of game. Geralt is a predefined character. You are not creating...

sooo.. how is the game? [spoiler free]

Very good game. About the buggy comments, I had some crashes the first day, but the second day they released a patch and haven't had a bug since.

Tips for alchemy - I'm getting a bit OCD with collecting flowers

At the beginning you will pick many flowers, but later on you will ignore most of them

Never in the 16 years I have played videogames have I come across a more buggy, unpolished and broken mess of a release

My game crashed 3 times the first day. Then they applied a patch, and I haven't crashed since. Did you patch to 1.03? (or something like that)

The one thing that bugs me about characters in this game...

Just some of them in my experience.

    How to get more XP?

Lower levels seem like you level slow. Once you are higher level, you will think that you level too fast. The leveling curve is a bit wierd and that's why lower level seem too slow and higher levels too fast.

    The Yennefer/Triss choice in TW3

In the game I like Triss.... but I have read the books and Geralt belongs to Yen!

Consequences and quest tie-ins are amazing!

Agree. yesterday I was so sad about something happening, and it was the result of a decision I had made long ago It was not even directly related, but one thing led to another.... And they even explained the flow of events that led there with a small cinematic. Also, I had to make a choice...

tempted to push through the story and then do all the side quests on my second play through, thoughts?

There are too many sidequests/contracts/trasure hunts to do in 1 playthrough. Also, many have different decissions and outcomes. So do them in every playthrough.

    Any reason to explore?

I made some posts complaining about exploring not beeing worth, but after playing longer, I started finding hidden treasures.
