Any reason why GOG Galaxy file(26gb) is bigger than GOG downloader(22gb) ?

Do you guys know the file size for the download in release day? Seeing that the prelaod size is only 22 gb, it makes me think that download for release day maybe over 5gb which will take me a lot of time to download :(

THanks for replying. The cost given by the third party seller here in our country ranges from 200 - 250 euro. and my salary is around 500 euro a month, so about half of it. I might just go digital with GOG.
