For the most part, yes. Some clothes do have stats on them though, but the stats aren’t that great.

Play a different game if you want third person. Cyberpunk was always intended to be first person.

Restart your game. It usually fixes that issue for me. It starts to happen after hours of playing the game in one session.

I want to see more cyberware options in character creation. At least make them unlockable through story progression so you don’t already look overpowered in a fresh game. They can become available when you edit your character at a mirror so long as you have them unlocked for that character.

I would like to see NPC clothing added to the loot table of the game. I see so many NPCs with awesome looking clothes on that are non existent as loot.
