I own the game on Steam. Okay, so I just loaded up a save file at 61 hours before the "Firestarter" save file, which is at 67 hours, and it loaded up just fine. I think it's just the "Firestarter" manual save that's corrupted or something.

I don't use any mods at all. Never did. I try not to use them just to be safe for all my games, including Cyberpunk :( But it's weird that you say it SHOULD be able to load any old save file. Now I really don't know what the real issue could be.
