Just loaded up the game with 1.3, and apparently I can redo the final fight from Beat on the Brat... the quest is now active again which is interesting. Yep, fully playable, optional dialogue remembered as being selected previously.

I'm getting that issues at times with a 3440x1440 screen, however it is not constant... only on a reload. A 'fix' that seems to work is to change from Full Screen to Windowed, and then change back. It's irratating, but 10 / 15 secs to do this vs. shutting it down and reloading seems OK to me...
