Latest patch and still the same, still waiting for the fix.

Ok, got issue with Sandra Dorsett "Full Disclosure"; already finished the quest in Nomad MC with best choice, after playing through other quests, I saw quest mark to kill her, is this normal or is it a bug? I ignored the quest to make sure it will not affect my complete Full Disclosure quest.
