Will the objective to search the room in the Magic Lamp quest be fixed? You can continue with the quest, but that objective always fails.

You don't have to simulate. It gives your the option to do it or not in the beginning.

I do not know if this is true, but I read that quests you had before patch 1.04 may still have the XP glitch. Did you have the quest in your log before 1.04?

I had a similar issue with this location yesterday. Only three ghouls appeared and I killed them. I came back a little later and a fourth one was there, so I killed it and it completed the activity. I'm not sure what to suggest other than try coming back later if you cannot load an earlier save.

I've noticed a lot of people mentioning framerate issues on PS4. I have to admit that I haven't come across any issues regarding framerate. Does it only happen in certain areas or situations? Perhaps they could add dynamic scaling for the resolution like the Xbox One version has.

Yeah, you could try going directly to the town like the guy above mentioned. Aside from that you may just have to wait for a patch. If you don't want to wait then maybe it would be a good idea to just restart the game. I know it isn't an ideal solution, but at least you aren't too far in yet.

I am pretty certain it is bugged considering that the objective is completed when you investigate the wall. However, it then changes to failed once you open the door.
