Cold Blood is triggered when you kill an enemy and stacks as you kill more in quick succession(within 10 seconds). You can see the counter for cold blood when it is active at the top of the screen to the right of your health bar. There is no meter for it and it has no limit beyond its duration...

Right now clothing stores are bugged....they will ONLY spawn legendary schematics from them the first time you interact with the seller for the entirety of your playthrough....if you already interacted with a clothing store you are SOL until it is patched or unless you start a new playthrough...

The driving is fine....this game does not need realistic driving or anything of the sort but what it does desperately need is a massive improvement to the NPC traffic....aside from being sparse the NPC traffic is just terrible...they will stop and wait for the lights to change on the wrong side...

You don't have to hand it in....if you just refuse when it asks you return it, I believe that completes and gets rid of the quest to return it....at least it doesn't linger in your quest log. And either way you don't HAVE to do this quest regardless as it doesn't count for any of the region...

For what it's worth, you don't need to do this quest for any trophy....I got all the region completion related trophies without giving up Skippy. I don't think the game counts it against you at all if you don't do it.

After you defeat 50 enemies with Skippy it will trigger a new event and then a while later(not sure how many enemies you have to shoot with it for this one) it will have a second event where it remembers its original owner and asks you to return it to her....which you can agree to or refuse. But...

As it currently stands she only gives 6k or 7k eddies for returning Skippy which is frankly not even worth considering. I can easily make more by just getting in a couple of fights and selling weapons dropped by the enemies. Regina also has a bug I think when returning to complete the quest...

That is not actually true....if you pick the Nomad background you don't even start as a Nomad....you already abandoned your clan and are already stripped of Nomad affiliation before the game even begins....you can join another clan later in the game just as the Corpo background could also...

I like that scene a lot better than the one in the game but I understand why it had to change....you can't have a scene designed around the player having Mantis arms when the player may not have Mantis arms.

That's not an issue....for the purposes of the game no cyberware just means you have your plain regular human limbs....and it's a game....there is no real issue with just removing cyberware from your character. For all intents and purposes as far as the game is concerned cyberware functionally...

Obviously if you respec out of being able to use certain cyberware it should be automatically unequipped from your character and you should not be able to use it unless you meet the requirements. You pose problems that are not new and have been easily dealt with in other games before this so...

I mean the game does have a partial respec ability....they might as well go all the way and allow people to fully respec. Hard to anticipate how a specific build will play out in the game ahead of time....one skill might get loads of checks wile another is less useful than you thought it might...
