Have you merged your mods with Mod Merger? Might be the mod limit issue, when I am close to the mod/texture limit without merging my mods the game might start but some mods dont work correctly and I get laggy conversations or the loading screen just gets stuck.

From looking at your mod list you could try to move the 0000merged files to the top of the load order, not sure why if looks like they are in the middle of load order. They should be on the top. What version of script merger you have?

I am still using the Enhanced Edition mod myself without problems (have around 37 mods installed and merged with Mod merger), I have the game on steam+all DLC's. There is a unofficial patch on nexus for W3 Enhanced Edition mod that you might want to check out. Might help with your problem.

The silver sword is called Hav'caaren and i think you get it when you finish the main quest. You should be able to add the sword with the debug console if you want to use it ---> additem('Havcaaren')

Check the mods comments, there is a mega link with the mod updated to 1.21 and it still works on 1.22 Have a good day.

I still use the Hairworks on everything but Geralt and it works just fine on 1.22 patch

I dont think the mod has been updated for 1.22 yet so thats the reason why it does not work.

Many of the combat mods indeed have not yet been updated. There is the Witchers Woe and Stamina n Skills rebalanced that are updated to 1.21 but those mods have some things that I personally dont like. But trying them out wont hurt :) I am waiting for the mod that was posted above to be finished.

I would just wait for mod authors to update their mods, it can take some time to see what changed with the new update.

Also sometimes even if you get it to load in to game, once you die or load a save it causes the infinite loading screen. So if it seems like you got it working try to load a save while in game to see that you dont get the issue I mentioned above because it is frustrating when it happens.

For me the thing that causes the infinite loading screen is texture mods. Try to remove one mod that add textures (Armor retextures,mods that change Geralt or other NPC's) at a time and see if it starts working. Sometimes you just need to remove one mod and it starts working. If above does...

Blood&Wine will most likely break mods for a time but once mod authors update their mods its all good again. So, if you want to play Blood&Wine the moment it comes out you most likely have to play it Vanilla.

Alchemy and crafting items should be droppable straight to the ground, just pick them after you have used the cleardevelop command and you should be fine. That is what I did when I changed to another combat mod and needed to reset my skill tree to normal.
