CD project got VR dev kits, possible VR for witcher/cyberpunk?

Uhh, why would you let a low-effort video, which was spawned from the dark depths of a Buzzfeed-flavored cesspool, speak for itself?

CD project got VR dev kits, possible VR for witcher/cyberpunk?

Consider changes in brain chemistry as one of the useful things that VR will add to a game. The levels of immersion, excitement, thrill and the like rise because VR gives you your own place in the game's fictional 3D space, as opposed to looking at the game's fictional 3D space from a window...

    Something Ends Something Begins

I got the "bad ending". After catching up on the other possible endings, I'm quite content with the one I got. I was doing everything in my power to choose dialogue options that will lead to the death of Syanna, preferably by Geralt's sword. She wastes the virtual air she breathes in the game...

CD project got VR dev kits, possible VR for witcher/cyberpunk?

I consider 3D to be nothing more than a cute gimmick, and I say that based on personal experience with watching multiple movies in 3D, on big screens in theaters, and on smaller TV screens. VR is a completely different thing. I'm quite surprised that the gaming community, of all others, doesn't...

CD project got VR dev kits, possible VR for witcher/cyberpunk?

I think within 5-10 years time, there will be a paradigm shift in the way we consume various kinds of media, and that would be thanks to VR. The major drive towards mass consumption won't necessarily come from games, though. VR opens the door to some ridiculously amazing opportunities...

[Spoilers] What's your Opinion on Blood and Wine?

Blown away by Toussaint. Blown away by Beauclair. Personal highlights after about 6 hours of gameplay: Topography &Architecture: Taking my time by slowly walking just to appreciate the amazing artistry that went into building this superb region. Characters, Dialogues & Humor: I commend the...

    BLOOD & WINE FANS WISHLIST

I would really like to see a battle arena in Toussaint somewhere, integrated into the game (as opposed to how it was done in TW2). Wishful thinking: quest chain devoted exclusively to the Wild Hunt and Geralt. A chance to flesh out WH, without involving all other characters such as Ciri, Triss...

A Night To Remember CGI trailer.

That... was truly beautiful. Perfect CGI, masterful direction, atmosphere, great action and amazing work with the music in the background. This hypes me up too much for a Witcher movie. This short video gets everything right.

Insider says there was a graphics downgrade.

Whether it's an actual insider or not, I think it's quite likely that what he said is not far from the truth.

    [DISCUSSION] Witcher 3 - Reviews

My take from this is that the combat isn't fun enough for reviewers who mention repetitiveness. I've played quite a lot of games with repetitive mechanics, but it was fun, and so repetitiveness wasn't an issue.
